These terms govern your use of the Setpoint website and say where a shop’s subscription terms live.
Who we are
This website is run by VPrism, LLC (d/b/a SmartFront). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean VPrism, LLC.
This site
This site gives information about Setpoint. Every conversation, job, day and dollar figure shown as a demonstration is labelled as an example. Examples show what Setpoint does and are not the records of any real shop.
Your subscription
A shop’s use of Setpoint is governed by the written proposal and agreement it signs with us. Where anything on this website differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Use of the site
Use this website lawfully and as intended. Do not try to disrupt it, and do not send us material you have no right to share. We may restrict access for anyone who misuses it.
Our content
The text, illustrations and the Setpoint and SmartFront names belong to VPrism, LLC. Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, ChatGPT, Muse and DocuSign are trademarks of their owners. We name them only to say what Setpoint works with.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Questions about these terms go to hello@smartfront.ai.
