Who we are

This site is run by VPrism, LLC (d/b/a SmartFront). “We” and “us” on this page mean VPrism, LLC.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo request form. We ask for four things: your name, work email, business name, and what you would like to see. Everything else is optional and sent only if you fill it in: your role, type of business, website, phone number, and a short description of your goal, site, software, or workflow.

How it is handled

When you send the form, its contents are delivered by email to SmartFront’s inbox. We use Resend to send that email and Vercel to host this site; both process the request on our behalf. Vercel keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.

What we measure

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which does not set cookies. It counts page views and two named events: a click on one of our calls to action, recorded with where on the page it sits, and a demo request that was sent, recorded with the option you chose. Nothing you type into the form is sent to it.

With each page view or event it may record the page address, the referring site, an approximate location, and the browser and device type. A visit is recognised by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and we see the results only as totals. We use no advertising pixels.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange and run your demo and to discuss whether Setpoint fits your business. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

If you become a customer, job photos your team shares with us are used to prepare your own requests. Which services process them, where they are stored, and how long they are kept is put in writing before setup.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, write to hello@smartfront.ai and we will take care of it.

Please do not include customer names, addresses, or sensitive job information in the form.
